Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 CAD. This applies to most destinations across Canada and ensures that researchers receive their premium peptides without extra shipping costs.
For orders under $300, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Our processing schedule is:
- Orders placed and paid before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday are processed and shipped on Monday.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend placing orders in advance to account for shipping timelines.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are calculated in business days, with a “day” defined as 24 hours excluding the day of shipping. For example, an order shipped Monday afternoon that arrives Wednesday afternoon is considered a 2-day delivery.

Canada Post Labour Disruption Policy

Exceptions may apply for remote or northern territories and P.O. Boxer where UPS shipping is cost-prohibitive. In such cases, orders may be held until Canada Post service resumes, and customers will be notified immediately.
